We were approached by Symprove, a successful company based in Farnham offering unique bacteria-based food supplements to support gut health, as they wanted a brand new floor to replace their old, uneven one.
Our experienced team began by removing the old vinyl floor, added a damp proof membrane and used a pump screed to smoothen the floor and also assist with drainage. We then applied a polyurethane screed as it provides a continuous, sealed heavy-duty and hygienic surface that’s easy to clean, perfect for food preparation areas and manufacturing warehouses. As well as being highly durable and sanitary, this type of flooring comes in a range of colours and finishes so you can create a practical and stylish floor for real impact and making great first impressions. Our client opted for a light grey, gloss finish for a sleek and professional look.
